50 Cent Reacts To “Drake Opp List” Featuring LeBron, Rihanna, And More

Whenever 50 Cent sits down for an interview, he’s bound to have some headline-making moments. The Queens legend has earned his reputation as a troll by having his finger on the pulse of every beef, lawsuit, and significant update that erupts in the Hip-Hop world. During his most recent interview with Big Boy TV, 50 provided a laugh for viewers by revealing “The Drake Opp List,” which featured over 60 names.

Around the 33-minute mark of the conversation, Fif abruptly holds up a printed out page and says, “This is the opp page.” He went on to explain why a prominent rapper might collect many enemies over the years. “[Drake] was winning consistently more than everybody else in the culture and then these people start to turn into people that feel like they’re opps,” he said while holding up the list and running his fingers along the columns of names. “All over the page, Big. ‘Cause they keep watching him win.”

The “Candy Shop” rapper then quoted one of Drizzy’s most popular songs, reciting, “And then you say, ‘I want this thing forever, man,?’”

It’s worth noting that Fif was not the original creator of the list, as it was a print out of an October 2023 post from a Drake fan account.

The hilarious list made sure to cover every base and leave no one off the table if they have ever wronged the Toronto superstar. Names included obvious foes like A$AP Rocky, Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar, Megan Thee Stallion, and more, but also listed more niche and speculated opponents like Bobbi Althoff, Elliott Wilson, Charlamagne tha God, LeBron James, ScHoolboy Q, and Rihanna. The list even named media outlets like Complex Music and award shows including the BET Awards, Grammys, and MTV VMAs.

This isn’t the first time 50 Cent provided commentary about the “Hotline Bling” rapper this year. In a previous interview with Billboard, Fif also shared what he told Drake post-rap beef. The Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ creator reassured Aubrey Graham that he didn’t “lose” like the general public is insisting.

“I was telling him, it’s not him. I’m listening on the outskirts, it’s not you,” he responded when asked about what he thinks the 6 God’s next move should be. “Don’t let yourself think that for a second. On some real sh*t, I said, ‘They said you lost, okay. Well what did you lose?’ What exactly did he lose, if he got $300 something million on his last tour? You didn’t lose a motherf**king thing, man.”

As he continued, 50 said the entire ordeal was good for the genre overall because it made each artist push out quality releases. “The resistance will make you feel like your material isn’t good. Then you gotta figure out how to keep pushing, how to keep creating — because that’s what it feels like to you at the moment. That sh*t was good for Hip-Hop. It made both of them create quality material faster.”
