Could Russia’s loosened nuclear doctrine lead to a test detonation? | Russia-Ukraine war

Russia has loosened the limits on its use of nuclear weapons, but this doesn’t necessarily mean imminent use on the battlefield against Ukraine. A test detonation on Russian territory is a more likely outcome, according to Al Jazeera Defence Editor Alex Gatopoulos.
