• Popular former child actress Regina Daniels has reportedly been appointed as the general secretary of the senators’ wives association of Nigeria.

Regina Daniel, Nollywood actress and the wife of Nigerian billionaire, Senator Ned Nwoko has allegedly been appointed the general secretary of the senators wives association of Nigeria.

Congratulatory messages have poured in for the mother of two who is yet to officially announce her latest feat. WITHIN NIGERIA earlier reported how Mercy Johnson congratulated Regina Daniels, sharing photos of the latter in her association’s scarf and hailing her as “Her Excellency”.

Some netizens have however berated the association, with some others asking what it’s for.

In July 2023, Regina Daniels was appointed the social secretary of the 10th Assembly Senators’ Wives Forum Executive Council.

Her appointment was made at the first inaugural meeting of the 10th Senator’s wives association of Nigeria, hosted by the wife of the Senate President, Ekaette Akpabio.

Announcing her appointment on her Instagram page, the excited actress expressed her commitment to contributing to the growth of Nigeria.
