Mustard responded to Gordo on X as the two producers exchanged words across social media. The bubbling beef spilled across the internet after Gordo called out Mustard last week for allegedly unfollowing him on Instagram.
“omg just noticed mustard unfollowed me on ig…. Sad day…” exclaimed the 34-year-old. “headlining chella must of got to his head.”
Days later, the California native hopped on X and taunted the Honestly Nevermind producer with a series of petty insults.

“Aint going back and forth with a ni**a that’s happy to change music on another ni**as toilet seats,” he jabbed. “Let’s just end it here I’m richer than you and have more hits than you I have multiple houses with my own toilet seats and many of my own chains to wear @GordoSZN.”
“the guy wants a attention. keep slaving at those over seas shows brother … don’t forget to buckle dudes pants after you done,” Mustard continued in a follow up post.
Lastly, the “Pure Water” performer shared an image of Gordo wearing Drake’s N.E.R.D. chain.
“omg girl i can’t believe it bi**h he really left me in his house with all his chains he trust me . i’m his fine sh*t,” he quipped.

Gordo responded back, “Imagine devoting your entire Coachella set to a guy that wouldn’t drive an hour to pop out for you,” in reference to Kendrick Lamar not being one of Mustard’s surprise guests at Coachella 2025.
The online back-and-forth is not the first war of words between the two acclaimed producers. Last year, Gordo credited Mustard as a “legend.”
His full post detailed, “I will not tolerate any dj mustard slander,” Gordo wrote on X back in August. “That guy is a f**king legend… made multiple classics.. and had one the most iconic runs ever as a producer.. he’s just a strange guy.”
Mustard might not have surprised the Coachella crowd with Kendrick Lamar, but the DJ joined the Compton rapper on the road with SZA. Earlier this week, the trio kicked off the Grand National tour with an anticipated show in Minneapolis, MN.
Meanwhile, Gordo is on his own run across the globe. He bragged on X about his recent massive show with “10,000 tickets in Santiago Chile!” as well as 5 years of sobriety.
“I hope more “DJs” get to experience this feeling,” he said of the South America showcase. “headlining your own worldwide tour is UNREAL!!!”
