Shai Moss, Bowwow‘s 14-year-old daughter, received a special birthday surprise that most women of all ages would only dream of. While backstage during the 2025 Millennium Tour, the teenager received a heartwarming “Happy Birthday” from her “uncles” in music, Chris Brown and Ray J.
In a video posted by her dad on Monday (April 28), the young dancer could be seen smiling from ear-to-ear as the global superstar and serial entrepreneur/singer delivered vocals at the last stop of the nostalgic tour in Los Angeles.
“Happy b- Day @_shaimoss my daughter 14! on the last night of millennium tour she got her uncle @chrisbrownofficial @rayj to sing. What a moment!” the “FreshAzImIz” rapper captioned the memory. “ps RAY SAYS WHAT IF CB WASNT HERE I WOULDA HAD TO SING THIS ALONE??? THATS NOT OK hahahahaha #millenniumtour25 THROUGH HER PARTY INSIDE THE FORUM!!!”
Shad “Bowwow” Moss shares Shai with professional choreographer and entrepreneur, Joie Chavis who also shares a son named Hendrix with rapper Future and a babygirl with NFL star, Trevon Diggs. As for Bow, he also shares a son named Stone Kamin with entrepreneur, Olivia Sky.
The 38-year-old first revealed he had another child in September 2020, sharing a photo of his son on Twitter with the caption, “Man you gone take all the girls.”
One year after his initial announcement, the “Use Me” rapper took to Twitter to engage with fans where he seemingly downplayed that he had a second child. When asked by fans if he wanted more children, he sharply responded, “HELL NO im fine w shai!” Another fan inquired about his son, he jokingly replied, “NP Billie jean for the 2nd time,” referencing Michael Jackson’s famous lyric, “the kid is not my son.”
When court documents surfaced, allegedly showing Bow Wow denying his son and Sky seeking child support, the rapper quickly responded online with the comment, “Such a blessing to have him in my life [heart emoji].”
In a follow up interview with Tea Jones TV, Bow clarified his stance, explaining that he never denied his son. “For some reason, I don’t know why with him, but I’m very protective. So when somebody asked [about Stone], I’m like, I’m listening to ‘Billie Jean’ for the second time,” he said.
“That’s me basically saying, like, ‘Yeah, I see the question but as of right now I’m really cleaning up the crib and we just playing these ’90s jams,” he continued. “That’s actually what I was listening to at the time, I swear to God. But I would never deny my kid or anything like that.”
