Nigerian model and media personality , Denrele Edun has reacted to an X user who asked if he was gay.

This comes after a video clip of Denrele arriving at the grand opening of ‘Above Lifestyle’ in Lagos State  surfaced online.

Denrele who appeared on his usual unconventional outfit and heeled shoes, was captured being led by the hand of controversial media personality, Nedu Wazobia.

His appearance raised questions from netizens, including a user @Bobby Tarantino who asked “Sorry but is Denrele gay?”

Responding, Denrele wrote “GAY as in Gorgeous And Young, Graceful And Youthful? Or best, Good.As.You?

“Who you go to bed AS is different from Who you go to bed WITH! So to answer your question, I will plainly leave it outchea; I am a Sexual Outlaw who’s BI your side!”

Meanwhile, Nigerian singer Emoseh Khamofu better known as Bloody Civilian retracted her statement hours after saying she is a lesbian.

On Saturday, the artiste had taken to her X page to announce her sexuality, writing, “I’m actually a lesbian. Can’t hide it anymore.”

The post quickly sparked mixed reactions, with some users accusing her of promoting “abnormality” and influencing teenagers negatively.

Hours later, Bloody Civilian retracted her statement, explaining the context. She tweeted:

“I’m not a lesbian. I was on a game show. But still hold your woman tight sha.”

The clarification has since drawn further attention, with some fans expressing confusion while others praised Bloody Civilian’s playful attitude.
