Diddy has been hit with another lawsuit, this time accusing him of drugging and raping a John Doe.

USA Today reports that Sean Combs has been accused by an unnamed man of sexually assaulting him in 2022, with attorney Tony Buzbee filing the suit in the New York County Supreme Court.

Doe’s suit claims that the incident transpired in Los Angeles “outside of a popular nightclub” where the man was performing on the street. The legal document details the John Doe as a “young musician” at the time when Sean Combs allegedly invited the man “to an exclusive A-list birthday party” at an undisclosed private home. It was at this location that Doe met Diddy and where Combs gave Doe a drink allegedly spiked with a date rape drug “and made numerous promises about helping Doe secure a major recording contract.”

The lawsuit claims that John Doe was “incapacitated from the drugs” and “forcefully” coerced into nonconsensual sexual activity “before being raped.” “Because of Combs’ power and notoriety, and because he was shocked and embarrassed, Doe did not report what had happened,” the suit reads.

John Doe is seeking a jury trial with the hopes of getting a financial award “for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial.”

Sean Combs’ legal team issued a statement regarding the lawsuit, stating that, “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” the statement states. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs currently remains behind bars, where he will stay until his trial on May 5, 2025.
