GloRilla made her return to Coachella after her 2023 debut at the festival last weekend during the first week of the 2025 iteration of the annual event. The Grammy-nominated rapper brought a fiery performance on stage with intricate choreography and a commanding presence, unmasking her true star power. The powerhouse performance was not the only element of the 25-year-old’s Glo-chella takeover. With Buldak, an official partner of Coachella, Big Glo provided fans a chance to taste her metaphorical Memphis-made sauce.
“I’m excited,” exclaimed the “LET HER COOK” performer to VIBE ahead of the big day. “I did in 2023, but I’m ready to really bring the heat of 2025 because last year was such a dominant year, and this year is a dominant year for me too, so I just got to bring the heat.”
The viral brand that makes instant noodles and various sauces has solidified its position as a symbol of Korean food’s global influence and, with GloRilla, stamped itself as a top booth in the desert. Fans of both the musician and the meal were welcomed to sample products and even meet their favorite hitmaker. The moment comes full circle for the “Yeah Glo!” rhymer as the Samyang Foods product is a go-to meal for her and her tight circle.
“It means a lot because me and my friends be eating the noodles all the time. It’s a lot of the noodles in my house. I like the brand anyway, so to be able to partner with them, I’m excited,” she detailed, before dropping her favorite toppings as extra hot sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. “I like to be able to influence people in a way. I know my music has influence on people, but for me to influence them to something else that I like…I just want to be able to bring them into my world.”
At the festival, thousands flocked to the pop-up for a unique flavor experience with GloRilla’s taste-bud approval.
“We just added a little extra season and extra sauce to the Coachella performance,” shared GloRilla. “I’m always excited for the second week because the first week is your trial.
