  • She pleaded for forgiveness while speaking with actress Biola Bayo.
  • Recall Ijoba Lande and his wife have been embroiled in a drama online after the latter accused her of adultery with multiple men.

Nigerian skit-maker cum actor Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu better known as Ijoba Lande’s wife, Darasimi, popularly called Dara, has tendered a public apology over her alleged infidelity.

Dara made the apology in an interview on the Talk to B podcast with actress Biola Adebayo on Saturday, March 15. In her words:

“Ijoba Lande, don’t be upset with me. I’m also begging everybody that I have disappointed and Nigerians all over the world. This is not who I am, but I do not pray to make such mistake again. And I will be caught close to such again.

“I beg you in the name of God, I’m so sorry, I’m very sorry”.

Her apology came after actor Baba Tee and Mary Gold begged Lande for forgiveness.

Recall Ijoba Lande called out Nollywood actor, Baba Tee and other colleagues for sleeping with his wife, Dara.

Baba Tee who initially denied the accusation, later admitted to having (quickie) a short sexual experience with Dara. He also tendered a public apology to Lande. Responding to his plea, Lande said he has forgiven Baba Tee.

Also asking for Lande’s forgiveness, Mary Gold, who doubled as his manager and his wife’s best friend, admitted to having taken Dara to Baba Tee’s house where he slept with her.

Ijoba Lande once revealed that he has forgiven his estranged wife but he would not reconcile with her. In his words:

“I won’t accept her back, but for me to make heaven and for God to forgive all my sins, I will forgive her. “She has done her own, I forgive her, but it’s gone. Do you understand?”
