The media personality explained that he personally avoids regular soda due to its high sugar content and also does not consume fruit juices.

Daddy Freeze drew a comparison between Nigerian restaurants and those in the UK, noting that the latter often provide zero-sugar or diet drink options.

He encouraged Nigerian restaurants to follow suit and cater to customers with dietary preferences or restrictions.

His post read:

Dear Nigerian Restaurants, If You Don’t Stock Diet, Light, Or Zero Sugar Drinks, I Won’t Be Visiting Ur Restaurants In 2025.

I don’t drink regular soda it’s all sugar.

I don’t drink fruit juices, even freshly squeezed, as they are sugar-swamped.

Aspartame is much safer than sugar. For it to be harmful to you, you need at least 48 cans a day. The P0!$0N is in the quantity. Remember, if you drank 5 litres of water at once, you could kpai from water intox!cati0n.

All the restaurants I visited in the UK had zero sugar or diet drinks options. Nigerians, please.”

In another news, Daddy Freeze speaks against sowing seed as he reacts to Rema’s N105M cash gift to Christ Embassy church.

Daddy Freeze clarified that Rema’s donation was not a tithe, but rather a return of favor to the church that had supported his family in their time of need.

He emphasized that the church had been there for Rema’s family financially when they were struggling, and now Rema was giving back to show his appreciation.
