Jeezy wants his money pronto. The 47-year-old rapper is suing his old managers for allegedly withholding information from him and thus cheating him out of millions of dollars.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained court documents from the lawsuit revealing that the “Soul Survivor” artist has cut ties with Solomon Fornie and Eddie Bridgeman, whom he worked over a decade with before they formed their management company Agency 99. Bridgeman brought in his company The SaiSai Group to assist in overseeing Agency 99’s financial operations, but the Atlanta rapper was unaware of the fact that Bridgeman wasn’t even a licensed CPA.

The former Boyz N DA Hood member began to distance himself toward the end of 2024 as his frustrations grew with his managers, but the experience has been difficult because they have allegedly been hiding the books and records. This alleged obstruction has hindered his ability to work within the confines of Georgia law and leaves Agency 99 at a standstill.

Jeezy hopes the court will assist him in gaining access to the books and records that Solomon Fornie and Eddie Bridgeman are allegedly hiding, plus rule in his favor so he can get back all of the money he has allegedly lost in court-ordered damages.

This is the latest legal issue the veteran rapper has experienced, joining the multiple legal disputes he has had with his ex-wife Jeannie Mai. The couple, married for three years, got divorced in 2024 and she recently claimed he violated a court order by not allowing her to collect her possessions from his home.

A judge initially ruled that she had 21 days to pick up her items, but Jeezy requested the judge modify the order because he did not feel safe with Mai “being able to walk through the whole house” due to the fact she “attempted to destroy [his] career with misleading information.” Per the legal writing, he feared she would potentially plant cameras or listening devices in his home.
