Jim Jones recently took a couple of shots at fellow Harlemite Ma$e over his weight and physique.
XXL released a recent interview with Jones on Tuesday (March 4), where he verbally attacked the It Is What It Is co-host after the interviewer asked Capo about Ma$e’s career.
“He need to go on a diet,” Jones asserted regarding Murda. “He need to get his life together. He need to go to the doctor and get a physical. He look terrible…Ni**a look big around the neck, waist look crazy. I’m body-shaming this ni**a. He need to go get his sh*t together, get on the treadmill, do some push-ups, do something, especially if you’re playing with me. You gonna need it.”
This isn’t the first time that Capo took shots at Ma$e. In January, Jomo spoke at length about his feud with Cam’ron, and by proxy, with Murda Ma$e. The “Summer Wit’ Miami” rapper appeared on Justin Laboy’s Respectfully podcast and questioned the pair’s friendship, claiming that Ma$e used to “sh*t on Cam” after he blew up.
“I watched Ma$e sh*t on Cam and everybody around him. Like, all the time,” Jimmy said in the interview. “I was Cam’s man, you heard? Cam and Ma$e were so-called best friends, grew up together… I was there for everything. That’s one thing people can’t never say, is that I wasn’t there for every single thing.”
That Jim Jones interview led to a response from Cam, who went on an unhinged rant about his former associate. Killa Cam claimed Capo was never really down with the crew, and that he was merely “a fan.”
“You were fanned out and you begged ni**as to come to your house after you heard all these mixtapes. That’s how you got in, ni**a,” Cam’ron added.
“We taught you how to rap, ni**a. How you ran the whole organization? How you made Diplomats? Ni**a, you ain’t made none of this! You were a fan. I put you down ’cause you had a free crib and you were a nice guy…You’re a guardian angel in designer, ni**a. You are from the Bronx, bro. You are not from Harlem. I did not grow up with you, my ni**a.”
