“Know your worth” – Radiogad drags Davido for performing at Anambra billionaire, Zenco mother’s burial

Controversial radio personality, Destiny Eyezim, also known as Radiogad, has publicly expressed his disappointment with music superstar Davido’s recent performance at a funeral in Anambra state.

The event, which was a burial ceremony for the mother of billionaire businessman Zenco, featured Davido as one of the performing artists, alongside other notable musicians such as Phyno and Flavour.

However, Radiogad was not impressed with Davido’s decision to perform at the ceremony, stating that it was beneath him.

According to Radiogad, Davido’s status as a top artist means that he should be performing at more prestigious events, such as international concerts, rather than at a funeral.

He suggested that lesser-known artists or those struggling to make a name for themselves would be more suitable for such performances. Radiogad also drew comparisons with other popular artists, such as Burna Boy and Wizkid, stating that they would never agree to perform at a burial ceremony.

Radiogad’s criticism of Davido’s decision was not limited to the performance itself but also extended to his association with Cubana Chiefpriest, a friend and fellow socialite.

Radiogad claimed that Cubana Chiefpriest was a bad influence on Davido and had likely encouraged him to perform at the funeral.

He advised Davido to distance himself from Cubana Chiefpriest and to focus on maintaining a more dignified public image.

Radiogad’s comment sparked varying reactions; while some supported him others maintained that there was nothing wrong with Davido’s choice.
