Meek Mill has reacted to a Rolling 60s Neighborhood Crips member’s claim that he was once kidnapped and held for ransom by the gang, an allegation the rapper vehemently denies.

“This guy must be using a story to confuse his indictment because I never seen him B4,” Meek wrote in a post on X, directly referring to Luce Cannon, the person allegedly involved in the incident.

Meek added that if such a confrontation had actually occurred, he would’ve taken matters into his own hands and put him to ‘gods test,’ dismissing the claims as nothing more than fabricated nonsense.

In another post, Meek also accused media outlets of creating false narratives about him. “It’s blatant ‘they’ trying to use the internet and create a [narrative] for you even if it’s not your life we can see clear d**kheads,” he wrote.

“The jig is up from all These bought of fake hip hop pages! That sh*t work for kids not for grown men!” he continued.

The 27-year-old also made it clear that he had earned respect from some of the most real and respected figures in hip hop and beyond, especially in Los Angeles, where his connections run deep.

“It’s a real world real LA ni**as that respect the sh*t out me how I carry myself in an open arms wya to build my people up ion care where you from,” Meek wrote, reinforcing the idea that his respect wasn’t limited by geography or affiliation.

His ties to the late Nipsey Hussle were particularly important to him. “That’s why you seen me around NIPSEY and others … men of respect and honor!” he continued, pointing to his allegiance with other artists to break down the divisive East Coast vs. West Coast narrative.

In a final message that underscored his readiness to deal with anyone challenging his reputation, Meek made it clear that he wasn’t afraid of any confrontation.

Meek Mill’s comments come in response to a resurfaced interview in which Luce Cannon claimed that he and his associates accosted him at a Los Angeles club and held him against his will until they were paid $50,000 in cash.

According to Luce Cannon, he spoke with Rick Ross personally during the incident, alleging that the hitmaker paid the ransom in exchange for Meek’s freedom and safety.

He also claimed that the incident was orchestrated at the behest of Eugene “Big U” Henley, the alleged leader of the Rolling 60s Neighborhood, who is currently behind bars on RICO charges that include claims of murder, extortion, and racketeering.
