Megan Thee Stallion Brings Desert Heat In “Whenever” Music Video

Megan Thee Stallion is ready for whatever in her “Whenever” music video. The Houston rapper kicks off the clip by crashing through an office reception area and delivering elaborate choreography and hater-repelling bars. From inside a fish tank to twerking in the desert heat, the Grammy-winner makes use of a wildly surrealistic set.

Ahead of the track’s release, the 30-year-old acknowledged, while interacting with fans on X, that her inspiration was Salvador Dali’s The Persistence Of Memory.. The song itself stands as Megan Thee Stallion’s first solo release of 2025 and interpolates Ms. Cherry’s “It’s Whatever.”

“Stomach out, titties out, a** out, yeah, bi**h, what about it?/Do the bi**h talkin’ shit look this good? Nah, highly doubt it/Real life, IG, all the real bad bi**hes follow me/ Locked up, been threw away the key, ni**as still stalkin’ me,” boasts the chart-topper.

“Whenever” and the desert-set video, comes after the “Cocky Af” rapper took over the actual desert at the 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. With one of the best sets of the two-weekend affair, the rapper’s performance enlisted Ciara, Victoria Monét, and Queen Latifah.

Amid “Megchella,” the rapper’s social media assures fans that her “return” is near. Her last release came in October 2024 with MEGAN: ACT II, an extended version of her MEGAN album released last June

As the hotties await an album, they still have the option to support Megan Thee Stallion’s other endeavors.
