Ne-Yo is bringing a whole new meaning to “date night,” as he stepped out in New York City with all four of his girlfriends this weekend. The R&B crooner, who has been open about his polyamorous lifestyle, made a grand entrance at Slate NY where he not only performed, but also put his unconventional love life on full display.
Inside the trendy nightclub, Ne-Yo gave the crowd a memorable show on and off the stage. He performed a medley of fan-favorites including “Sexy Love,” “Miss Independent,” and “Give Me Everything.” He even treated the crowd to an impromptu a cappella version of “Happy Birthday.”
But the real show came later, when Ne-Yo was spotted on the dance floor twirling tongues with one of his girlfriends and grabbing her derriere.
Ne-Yo hasn’t been shy about dating multiple women, but rather open about his romantic life. After social media started buzzing with speculation about his relationship dynamic, Ne-Yo decided it was time to officially introduce his partners to the world last month.
“Since the world is so intrigued, I guess I should introduce my loves properly,” he captioned a video featuring all four women posing on a 360 photo booth, adding shoutouts to their personal brands and businesses.
“LADIES AND GENTS I PRESENT MY PYRAMID,” he wrote, unveiling his quartet with personalized nicknames and Instagram handles. “Cristina aka PB (Pretty Baby) @daddys_pretty_baby__, Arielle aka TF (Twin Flame) @ariellehill, Moneii aka PF (Phoenix Feather) @phoenixx__feather and Bri aka SLS (Sexy Lil’ Somethin’) @bestofbri.” He followed it up with a note to the critics: “Say something nice or move on with your life. We happy over here.”

Following his 2023 divorce from Crystal Renay, Ne-Yo has publicly embraced a new chapter, one in which monogamy no longer plays a role. He’s described his polyamorous relationship structure as “built on honesty, communication, and mutual understanding,” and insists that everyone involved is fully aware of the dynamics—and the rules.
“I do partnership, not ownership,” he said last month during an interview on Real 92.3 LA. “I don’t even want to own you. I want a partner in this situation.” He added, “If the only reason you’re doing it is for the sexual part of it, you’re bound to fail.”
He’s also referred to his poly dynamic as a “community,” one where each partner not only supports him but plays a role in the broader ecosystem of his life—including his children. From his longtime connections to newer flames, each woman holds a specific place in what he calls his “poly pyramid.”
