NeNe Leakes (socially dubbed as one of “the queens of reality TV“) and former Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta star Sierra Gates have joined forces to launch their new podcast, Me & My Homegirl.
Debuting this month (Jan. 16), the two big personalities will kick off the new series with two episodes, streaming on all major platforms.
Known for their unforgettable impact on reality TV, NeNe and Sierra promise a “hilariously candid, raw, and relatable” listening experience that will cover topics including “juicy personal stories and industry insights, to the latest hot topics.” With no topics off-limits, the duo will share laughs, sass, and “real talk” as they get vulnerable about love, success, fashion, and drama.

“Sierra and I connected through our mutual love for fashion, love, and life,” stated Leakes, 57, in a press release. “Our conversations are always hilarious, real, raw, and relatable, and we figured ‘why not bring our fans into our real-life group chat by way of our own podcast?’ Everything came about so organically, and it’s because Sierra is my homegirl in real life.”
Sierra, 35, added, “Our bond was so undeniable from day one, and I can’t wait for our fans to come behind the velvet rope with NeNe and I to get our unfiltered commentary on everything from love, sex, culture, trends, entertainment, and even politics. It’s going to be juicy, and spicy, so get ready for ‘Me and My Homegirl!”
Both women have expanded their brand outside of the reality TV world with Leakes launching Ladies of Success, a “circle formed for entrepreneurial women who are eating the fruits of their labor,” and Sierra owning Ghetto Girlz Eat—a “culinary resource hub, known for its viral recipes, cookware, and delectable seasonings.”
Produced by NeNe and Sierra—alongside Sheena Williams and Kayla Martinez—the podcast will see a star-studded lineup of surprise celebrity guests, none of which have been revealed.
