- Peller has set social media abuzz after a recent run-in with Burna Boy’s mum.
- A viral video from a high-profile fashion show captured the moment Peller, brimming with excitement, approached her with a warm smile.
- His anticipation, however, quickly faded as she responded with a noticeably cold reception.
Nigerian content creator Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, recently found himself grappling with a bruising moment of reality when he was met with a frosty reception from Bose Ogulu, the mother of Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy.
In a new video shared on his Instagram page, Peller and his partner Jarvis attended a fashion show where they dazzled as runway models, bringing energy and charm to the event.
The TikTok star took his followers behind the scenes, offering a candid look at the vibrant moments shared with Jarvis and the interactions with notable figures in attendance.
However, the highlight of the clip was an uncomfortable encounter with Mrs. Ogulu. Peller, all smiles and extended his hand for a handshake, was met with an unbothered walk-past as Burna Boy’s mother swiftly moved on to greet someone else who had captured her attention.
Peller’s voiceover on the video revealed his feelings, as he admitted the encounter left him embarrassed.
Reacting to the incident, Peller wrote:
“Any shenking is a blessing.”
