Rocko’s Mugshot Goes Viral Following Arrest For Disorderly Conduct

Rocko has found name in the headlines for reasons he likely wished flew under the radar. This week, the rapper and entrepreneur’s mugshot has gone viral in the wake of his recent arrest in Georgia.

According to reports, Rocko, born Rodney Ramone Hill Jr., was arrested last month and charged with disorderly conduct, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law enforcement officials, and criminal trespass.

While details surrounding the incident that led to Rocko’s arrest are scarce, it’s known that he was taken into custody on Dec. 9 and was later released after posting a $1,000 bond.

Landing himself behind bars may have been newsworthy in itself, however, Rocko’s mugshot, which was taken without him wearing his signature baseball caps, added further insult to injury.

In the photo, the follically challenged spitter can be seen wearing what appears to be a designer shirt while posing for the camera, leading to various jokes regarding his seemingly rampant hair-loss.

“No more hat fishing Sherman Hemsley,” one commenter wrote, while another quipped that the Rocko “looks like he got a lot on his mind.” The humorous reactions continued, with one social media user likening the makeup of the rapper’s hair to a “cul-de-sac.”

Getting his start in the music industry as a talent agent, Rocko helped springboard the careers of Atlanta acts such as Young Dro and Dem Franchise Boyz before becoming an artist himself, releasing his debut album, Self Made, in 2006.

Rocko, who was previously married to R&B star Monica, with whom he shares a child with, also played a pivotal role in the rise of rap star Future prior to becoming a household name.
