Tom Holland and Zendaya‘s exciting engagement has everyone even more invested in their romance. Most recently, Holland attended a family gathering of the actress’, offering a glimpse into just how close the Spider-Man star is with his fiancée’s family.
In one clip shared by an attendee, Zendaya’s relatives can be seen affectionately referring to Holland as “Spider-Man” as he danced, held babies, and joked around with her relatives.
The actor, who famously portrayed Peter Parker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appeared to take it all in, proving just how seamlessly he fits in with his future in-laws. The Euphoria star could also be seen throughout the video dancing with her elders.

Social media quickly shared reactions to the wholesome exchange, with fans gushing over how effortlessly Holland blends into Zendaya’s family dynamic.
Some users even joked that if he ever steps away from the Spider-Man role, he will always be known as the Marvel hero within Zendaya’s family.

TMZ confirmed that Holland proposed to his longtime love last month, as speculation ignited following the Challengers actress sporting a breathtaking ring at the 2025 Golden Globes. The news outlet reported that Holland popped the question sometime between Christmas and New Year’s in an intimate, private setting.
The LA Times also reported that when Zendaya was directly asked if she was engaged, she simply “kept showing her ring, smiled coyly and shrugged her shoulders mysteriously.”
Holland and Zendaya met back in 2017 on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming. Shortly after, rumors of them dating surfaced, but nothing was confirmed until they were spotted kissing in 2021. They then made their relationship official on Instagram that September.
