Trump pardons 1500 Jan 6 prisoners, commutes other sentences | Donald Trump

US President Donald Trump has pardoned more than 1500 prisoners who participated in the January 6th, 2021, attack on the US Capitol. He also commuted other sentences, including for Stewart Rhodes, who was convicted of seditious conspiracy and who was released from prison hours after Trump’s executive order.
